Technical Project Manager (Utility Technology)

What you will do

• Lead Agile project teams using Scrum to deliver digital platforms and software solutions for Advanced Energy programs.
• Manage multiple technology projects and products across planning, development, implementation, releases, and maintenance.
• Create project plans, work plans, release schedules, and delivery milestones.
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Manage backlogs, team capacity, velocity, dependencies, impediments, budgets, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Development, Operations, Product Management, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software development or technology delivery environments.
• 3–5 years of technical project management experience in an Agile environment, including hands-on Scrum Master experience.
• Experience managing technology projects and coordinating delivery across multiple initiatives, teams, and client programs.
• Strong project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in a computer- or technology-related field is preferred; PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is valued.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience delivering SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or multi-tenant systems.
• Experience in the utility industry or related fields.
