Senior Analyst, Product Development - Personal Insurance Auto (Insurance)

Location: Hartford, Connecticut, United States

Annual base salary: $81,500–$134,500, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What you will do

• Execute and enhance product strategies and action plans for personal auto insurance products.
• Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research to identify new products, markets, services, and enhancements.
• Analyze data, investigate root causes, and develop recommendations with business partners and data analytics teams.
• Support system and process solutions aligned with product strategy, including launch and rollout plans.
• Ensure product strategies and initiatives address compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Develop communication, training, and marketing materials and monitor post-implementation performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least two years of relevant experience with insurance products; three years of product development experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of underwriting, coverage, insurance rules, compliance and regulatory environments, and insurance financials.
• Strong data analysis skills, including interpreting trends and providing recommendations.
• Strategic thinking, sound judgment, innovation, and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, consultation, consensus-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
