Senior Manager, Global Operational Excellence Performance

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. Hybrid model with 3 days per week in the Amsterdam office, 2 days from home, and an additional 20 days per year available to work from anywhere.

What you will do

• Lead the AOP and 3YP processes for Yield, Productivity, and OEE manufacturing KPIs.
• Own KPI definitions, short- and long-term targets, benchmarks, and performance models.
• Develop dashboards and reporting approaches that provide a single source of truth for KPI data and interpretation.
• Improve visibility into operational losses, costs, and performance improvement opportunities.
• Lead the Yield, Productivity, and OEE Champion program to support cost savings through continuous improvement initiatives and one-off projects.
• Strengthen governance for KHMS and continuous improvement processes across the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field.
• Strong experience in manufacturing, operational excellence, engineering, or continuous improvement environments.
• Strong understanding of KPI definition, target setting, and operational performance management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business insight.
• Experience establishing governance, routines, and scalable ways of working.
• Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders across complex, multi-site environments and influence performance priorities.
