Lean Business Partner (Operational Excellence)

What you will do

• Drive the Install department’s Operational Excellence strategy and business performance impact through A3s, 4Cs, and breakthrough initiatives.
• Set up performance management systems, key process indicators, success criteria, and role definitions for daily operations.
• Support strategy deployment and performance dialogues while tracking progress and challenging roadblocks with stakeholders.
• Plan, execute, and follow up on improvement activities, including project and change management events.
• Coach teams and leaders in Lean principles, structured problem-solving, and Lean leadership behavior.
• Contribute to the improvement of hirify.global’s Lean and Operational Excellence standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Required experience in Lean and/or Operational Excellence deployment or application.
• Experience with continuous improvement methods, problem-solving, Six Sigma, change management, or project management.
• Fundamental knowledge of Lean principles and change management models, especially creating flow in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing cultural and leadership change, with facilitation, training, and coaching skills.
• Fluent English required.
