Manufacturing Engineer / Process Owner (9 Month Contract)

Location: Losser, The Netherlands

Employment: Full-time, 9-month contract

What you will do

• Develop, test, and implement new and existing products and manufacturing processes.
• Support ERP implementation and improvement projects, including D365.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Create and manage production and product labels and roll out standardized processes.
• Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment and technologies.
• Perform data analysis, feasibility studies, root cause investigations, and cross-functional change management for product introductions.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ERP implementation-related projects.
• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ideally including FMEA knowledge.
• Hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing engineering environment.
• Experience working in a global, multicultural organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with D365.
• CAD knowledge.
