Senior Manager Data Products & Strategy (Fintech)

Location: Remote - Nationwide within the United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is not available.

Base salary: $138,000–$200,100 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus program.

What you will do

• Shape data product strategy, standards, objectives, roadmaps, and deliverables for assigned data domains.
• Manage portfolios of data products across areas such as advisors, customers, accounts, risk, and operations.
• Lead Data Product Managers and other professional-level employees through coaching, performance management, development, and staffing decisions.
• Coordinate complex delivery across product, data engineering, analytics, technology, business, governance, risk, compliance, legal, security, and privacy teams.
• Ensure data products meet requirements for data quality, lineage, privacy, auditability, retention, access, and regulatory controls.
• Monitor adoption, reliability, delivery performance, business impact, risks, and value realization while improving product plans and roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in product management, data, analytics, technology, or related disciplines, including significant experience with data, analytics, or platform products.
• 2–5+ years of management or people leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms and modern data architectures, including data lakes, data warehouses, and/or streaming technologies.
• Experience with analytics, business intelligence, metrics, data governance, metadata, lineage, data quality, privacy, and data controls.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience with AWS, Snowflake, or Redshift cloud-native data ecosystems.
• Familiarity with data mesh and domain-oriented data product models.
• Experience presenting product information to senior leadership and governance forums.
