Director, Change Management (AI Transformation)

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end change management advisory engagements and key workstreams across complex client transformation programs.
• Develop change roadmaps, impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder strategies, communications plans, learning strategies, training plans, adoption plans, and sustainment approaches.
• Support AI-enabled transformation and technology implementation initiatives, including GenAI adoption, digital ways of working, process change, and operating model impacts.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and provide strategic guidance through transformation, implementation, and sustainment.
• Partner with sales and engagement leaders on opportunity shaping, proposals, RFPs, statements of work, account expansion, and go-to-market activities.
• Lead, mentor, and coach consultants and change practitioners while contributing to cross-functional client solutions.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in organizational change management, transformation consulting, technology-enabled implementation, or related advisory roles.
• Experience delivering change management and learning services across the full engagement lifecycle, including assessment, solution design, implementation, adoption measurement, and sustainment.
• Learning and development experience covering learning needs assessments, enablement strategies, training curricula, instructional design support, and learning effectiveness measurement.
• Demonstrated success in client advisory services, business development, proposal development, revenue growth, and executive-level relationship management.
• Experience leading consultants or change practitioners, managing delivery quality, work planning, coaching, performance feedback, and oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree and a required change management certification such as Prosci, ADKAR, CCMP, ACMP, or Kotter Change Certification.
