Management Consulting Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Build strategy and execution plans for transformation programs across process, technology, workforce, and operating model change.
• Design and lead change management approaches covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption planning.
• Lead process optimization, process automation, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Guide discovery, requirements gathering, future-state process design, solution development, and client presentations.
• Develop roadmaps and implementation plans while identifying process, people, technology, and data gaps.
• Lead project teams, manage executive reviews, communicate risks and outcomes, and support follow-on transformation opportunities.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in management consulting, professional services, and/or Big 4 consulting.
• Experience with change management, project management, process improvement, automation, and technology-enabled transformation.
• Experience leading consultants and client stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Strong facilitation, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of data, information flow, and governance in process, automation, and AI solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with process automation tools, intelligent workflows, or AI-enabled capabilities.
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications.
• Certifications in change management, project management, Agile, Lean/Six Sigma, automation, or AI-related disciplines.
