What you will do

• Build and maintain customer relationships by understanding financial needs and providing tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions.
• Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to meet or exceed branch sales targets.
• Prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, lead calling, portfolio management, and community engagement.
• Deliver personalized service, resolve customer concerns, and strengthen loyalty.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Follow risk, fraud prevention, regulatory, and internal policy requirements while collaborating with branch teams and supporting nearby branches when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent background is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience selling products or services in an incentive-based environment, or qualifying retail banking, financial services, consultative relationship sales, or hirify.global experience.
• At least 12 months of customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building, customer service, sales, cross-selling, communication, consultative, and influence skills.
• Computer proficiency, basic math skills, ability to use digital tools, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be legally authorized to work full time in the United States without employer sponsorship. Must be available for branch hours, including possible weekends and evenings.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
