What you will do

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend suitable deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Grow and retain consumer and business relationships through appointments, referrals, follow-ups, and a structured sales process.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other bank areas and build strong internal partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration role.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree and relevant customer service and sales experience are preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, relationship-building, presentation, banking, lending, and technology skills.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States.
