Location: Chicago, IL, Brighton Park; office-based

Salary: $24.00–$30.00 per hour, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending suitable banking products and services.
• Provide customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Generate relationship-growth opportunities through appointments, referrals, follow-up programs, and internal and external partnerships.
• Educate customers about deposit, lending, and digital banking products, including online, mobile, and ATM services.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or qualifying military administration, contracting, or civil affairs experience.
• Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Ability to complete additional background checks and provide fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, banking, sales, and customer service skills.
• Comfort using mobile services and online banking technology.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and one or more years of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Bilingual Spanish communication skills.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products, investments, consumer lending, business banking, and business lending.
