Location: Minneapolis, MN, United States; office-based

Salary: $25.00–$28.00 per hour, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs.
• Recommend deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Develop relationships through appointments, referrals, customer follow-up, and internal partnerships.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or qualifying military administration experience.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and comfort with mobile and online banking technology.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks may be required under NMLS regulations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.

• Knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, and business lending.
