Financial Relationship Banker - Wexford

Location: Wexford, Pennsylvania, United States; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending suitable deposit, loan, and banking products.
• Provide customer service, resolve complex issues, process transactions accurately, and balance daily.
• Build business through appointments, outside calling, referrals, Centers of Influence, and customer follow-up.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other bank services and maintain strong internal partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or relevant military administration, contracting, or civil affairs experience.
• At least 3 of the required FINRA or insurance licenses must be active, with the remaining 2 required within 120 days of hire.
• Required licenses include Series 6 or 7, Series 63 or 66, State Life and Health Insurance License, and SIE.
• Knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, and deposit products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort using mobile and online banking services.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Two or more years of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
