Salary: $73,200–$117,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead a production team on a state-of-the-art manufacturing line.
• Promote safety and monitor weekly 6S initiatives, equipment use, and PPE compliance.
• Meet zone productivity targets and report daily safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale, and maintenance KPIs.
• Coach and mentor team members on standardized work, problem solving, A3s, and production principles.
• Manage performance reviews, career coaching, development, attendance, discipline, and safety records.
• Collaborate with quality, engineering, materials, training, safety, scheduling, and manufacturing solutions teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least three years of manufacturing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least one year of supervisory or lead experience.
• Ability to multitask and use time-management skills.
• Ability to train team members in standardized work and maintain quality compliance.

Nice to have

• Paint or paint supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or a related field.
• Lean/Six Sigma or project management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Kronos, and JDE.
• Team and continuous improvement training.
