Production Supervisor (4:30pm-5am M, Tu, W)

Location: Spring Hill, Kansas, USA; onsite. Overnight second shift: 4:30pm–5am Monday through Wednesday, rotating every third Sunday.

Salary ranges by U.S. labor zone: $74,200–$135,800 (Zone A), $68,000–$124,500 (Zone B), or $61,800–$113,100 (Zone C), plus eligibility for incentive plans.

What you will do

• Lead daily production operations across safety, quality, output, OEE, costs, material management, and schedule adherence.
• Manage and develop a production crew of approximately 30 full-time employees and contingent workers.
• Establish standard work and daily management systems, identify root causes, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Coach team members and crew leads, maintain development plans, and drive engagement and accountability.
• Lead continuous improvement, sustainability, loss reduction, centerlines, CILs, abnormality tracking, and World Class Manufacturing initiatives.
• Coordinate changeovers, startups, shutdowns, operator preventive maintenance, housekeeping, training, and maintenance priorities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of operational management experience.
• 1+ year of direct leadership and demonstrated people leadership experience.
• Operational technical experience and strong team-building skills.
• Experience facilitating teams and building consensus across organizational levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in technical or engineering, operations, or business, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Must work onsite in Spring Hill, Kansas, on the overnight second shift schedule.

Nice to have

• Exposure to World Class Manufacturing, Lean, or Six Sigma.
• Good Manufacturing Practices experience.
