Project Manager (Factory Automation)

Location: Statham, Georgia, USA; willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

What you will do

• Coordinate internal departments, customers, vendors, machine manufacturers, line integrators, and design consultants throughout machinery projects.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, critical paths, documentation, and performance reporting.
• Review customer specifications, lead project kickoff and specification review meetings, and confirm technical and commercial requirements.
• Manage specification changes, emerging issues, cost impacts, customer correspondence, and escalation to management.
• Coordinate and participate in factory and site acceptance tests, including evaluation of vendor-supplied equipment before shipment.
• Act as the primary contact for project status, communications, and successful completion.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of engineering experience in factory automation.
• Experience with analytical problem-solving, workflow development, project coordination, and managing diverse departmental goals.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project or similar tools.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; employment eligibility is verified through E-Verify.
