Shift Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Holyoke, Massachusetts, USA; onsite

Annual base salary: $105,520–$118,710, plus a monthly target bonus of 12.5% of base salary.

What you will do

• Lead safety processes and best manufacturing practices for the assigned shift.
• Coordinate production scheduling, overtime, inventory, and cost reduction to meet customer demand.
• Drive continuous improvement and performance metrics using SPS, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing tools.
• Build productive relationships that support employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Provide direction, training, development, counseling, and discipline for hourly employees.
• Identify and implement capital projects that improve operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or engineering strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must work onsite in Holyoke, Massachusetts, USA.
