Sr CoE NPI Supply Chain Program Manager (Semiconductor): Driving new product introduction supply chain programs from planning through implementation with an accent on project scheduling, resource coordination, procurement, and cost performance. Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; travel required 10% of the time; relocation eligible.

Salary: $133,500–$183,500 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

  • Prepare project plans and drive new product introduction programs from conception and planning through implementation.
  • Manage project schedules, task details, tracking reports, checklists, and scheduling tools.
  • Coordinate divisional resources, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders to meet timing and budget objectives.
  • Drive equipment cost and schedule performance for internal and external customers and vendors worldwide.
  • Participate in multifunctional design teams and provide technical and business process input.
  • Identify project complications, develop solutions, and coordinate objectives, status updates, releases, and deployments.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated depth or breadth of expertise in a specialized discipline or field.
  • Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend practices that improve products, processes, or services.
  • Experience leading functional teams or projects with moderate resources, risks, or complexity.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to identify innovative solutions.
  • Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate adoption of different points of view.
  • Ability to work in Santa Clara, California, with approximately 10% travel.
