What you will do

• Lead strategic customer programs across the FDX product portfolio from design enablement through qualification, production ramp, and high-volume manufacturing.
• Act as the primary program management interface for customer engineering, operations, procurement, and program management stakeholders.
• Own integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies, risk mitigation plans, governance, and recovery plans.
• Coordinate Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Product Management, Customer Engineering, and Technology Development teams.
• Drive resolution of customer-impacting issues involving yield, capacity, cycle time, quality, qualification, logistics, and delivery commitments.
• Prepare executive-level status updates and lead customer and internal escalations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of semiconductor industry experience and 10+ years in program management, customer engineering, operations, product engineering, NPI, or related customer-facing leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success managing complex semiconductor programs from development through production.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor product development, qualification, manufacturing operations, and supply chain processes.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong customer-facing, executive communication, escalation management, and issue-resolution skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a semiconductor foundry, IDM, or fabless semiconductor company.
• Knowledge of FD-SOI, RF solutions, embedded memory, or advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Experience supporting automotive, industrial, wireless, IoT, or edge AI customers.
• PMP or equivalent program management certification.
• Experience working with global customers and cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
