What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams through NPI product releases from concept to market launch, including ramp readiness and safe launch activities.
• Manage program planning, schedules, budgets, tracking systems, qualification plans, and formal Project Gate reviews.
• Coordinate capacity expansion across global manufacturing sites with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Packaging, and Quality.
• Oversee wafer fabrication, assembly, test operations, and material logistics to support timely, cost-efficient, high-quality execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks, standardize global processes, and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Provide structured updates to leadership and communicate milestones, sample timelines, reliability testing, and release status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering; a PhD is preferred.
• At least 12 years of semiconductor industry experience and strong knowledge of the full product lifecycle.
• At least 6 years of experience as an NPI Program Manager; experience with module, controller, and smart power stage programs is preferred.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flows, production processes, package architectures, and package types.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, supported by project or program management training or certification.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

• PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• Prior experience as a process or integration engineer at a fab or assembly site.
• Experience with module, controller, and smart power stage programs.
