Sr. Staff IT Program Manager (AI/ML)

Location: Bloomington, MN (Normandale Campus) or Longmont, CO, United States; regular on-site presence required

Base salary: $132,975–$193,816 per year, depending on work location, skills, experience, and education.

What you will do

• Assess new opportunities where IT systems and capabilities can provide business value.
• Develop multi-year project roadmaps with business partners.
• Execute projects with Engineering Quality, cross-functional IT organizations, and external partners.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Provide project progress and status updates to the Quality organization and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Broad understanding of systems supporting high-tech, repetitive manufacturing environments.
• Strong functional knowledge of inbound, forward, and reverse supply chains, plus manufacturing quality systems.
• Experience with IT business systems in a functional or development capacity, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience working with engineering teams and in matrix environments.
• Strong project management, communication, and technical writing skills.
• Working knowledge of AI, ML, and agentic AI capabilities and their productivity applications.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field with 15+ years of experience.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree with 12 years of experience, a PhD with 8 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
