What you will do

• Apply systems engineering principles throughout the concept, development, production, utilization, support, and retirement phases.
• Develop, deliver, and approve work products across ISO/IEC 15288 technical, project, enterprise, and agreement process areas.
• Analyze technical alternatives, project designs, engineering standards, and processes, providing recommendations for implementation.
• Coordinate or lead contractor systems engineering activities, including supervising engineers and technicians.
• Communicate with government stakeholders, program personnel, senior executives, and project stakeholders on technical issues and status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a qualified engineering field or related discipline plus 15 years of systems engineering experience; equivalent options include a high school diploma or GED plus 19 years, or a master’s degree or PhD plus 13 years.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with an appropriate current polygraph is required.
• Ability to receive privileged access rights.
• Experience with systems engineering process areas and work products under ISO/IEC 15288.
