Cement Iron Technician

Location: Midland, TX, United States; onsite

Provides cement operations services and maintains cement treating equipment and support systems.

What you will do

• Assist with breaking down and maintaining cement treating iron and support equipment.
• Clean and maintain heads, manifolds, swedges, and quick connects.
• Load and unload iron from equipment and paint it for company designation.
• Maintain iron quality assurance and prepare equipment for inspection and pressure testing.
• Organize and replenish parts-room inventory for iron, tools, and support equipment.
• Follow HSE policies, attend required safety training and meetings, and use appropriate PPE.

Requirements

• Maintenance experience is preferred.
• Current, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation are required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to perform all assigned duties.
• Ability to work a 14-days-on, 7-days-off schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and 25 lbs. overhead, climbing, crawling, bending, and walking on uneven surfaces.
• Knowledge of safe hand-tool use and ability to work in extreme heat or cold.
