What you will do

• Build strong relationships with senior leadership and advise hiring managers on talent decisions.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to identify workforce trends, business needs, and recruitment priorities.
• Develop talent acquisition pipelines for a range of organizational skill sets.
• Source, select, and secure candidates through the full life-cycle recruiting process.
• Create strategic recruitment and marketing campaigns to attract leadership talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED and 11 years of experience.
• At least 8 years of talent acquisition experience, including 3 years in technology or sales recruiting.
• Ability to consult and partner with HR and business leaders on strategic hiring solutions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
