Talent Acquisition Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: Reynosa, Mexico; onsite

What you will do

• Post vacancies through internal and external recruitment channels.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, including launch sessions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Coordinate initial competency-based interviews and hiring processes.
• Validate candidate documentation and employment history while maintaining accurate ATS records.
• Generate recruitment reports and track KPIs such as time to hire and candidate quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with a focus on operational, manufacturing, high-volume, or technical recruiting.
• Intermediate English proficiency, written and verbal.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of recruitment methodologies, candidate assessment, and selection processes.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday and Tress Revolution, plus Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Experience using job boards, social media, talent databases, and sourcing tools.
• Experience interpreting recruitment metrics and making data-driven decisions.
