What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery quality across software engineering teams, establishing KPIs and improving delivery velocity, code quality, and productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Engineering Managers and Senior Engineering Managers while supporting performance and career planning.
- Set engineering strategy and practices in collaboration with the Director of Engineering - US, Solution Architecture, Product, and Data Engineering leadership.
- Coordinate with DevOps and Security teams to maintain secure, current, and well-monitored applications.
- Manage engineering capacity, staffing, utilization, costs, budgets, and resource allocation across projects and client engagements.
- Establish standards for technical documentation, application catalogs, architecture repositories, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 5+ years in engineering management or leadership.
- Experience delivering complex, high-quality software solutions in client-facing environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, TDD, DevOps principles, quality metrics, and delivery tracking.
- Hands-on experience with modern technology stacks including Java, .NET, Node, and cloud platforms.
- Demonstrated success building, developing, and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
- Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, judgment, and execution skills.
Nice to have
- Project management or relevant technology certifications, such as PMP or Scrum Master.
- Experience in integrated marketing, digital agency, marketing services, or consulting environments.
