What you will do

• Lead and grow an engineering organization of more than 100 engineers across multiple customer programs.
• Coach, develop, and manage Engineering Managers and Technical Leaders.
• Improve delivery predictability, software quality, developer experience, operational readiness, and engineering metrics.
• Establish consistent governance for architecture, release readiness, testing, and quality across teams.
• Partner with customers, Delivery Managers, Technical Leaders, Architects, and Product leadership to resolve complex delivery challenges.
• Drive engineering transformation through AI-native development, Agentic SDLC, automation, and modern platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience leading multiple engineering teams of 50 or more engineers through Engineering Managers.
• Experience operating large-scale software delivery organizations across multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong knowledge of modern engineering practices, including architecture governance, CI/CD, testing strategies, observability, operational excellence, and engineering metrics.
• Experience building and coaching engineering leaders and leading organizational transformation.
• Strong customer-facing leadership and communication skills with executive stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Hands-on understanding of AI-assisted software engineering, developer tooling, and Agentic SDLC.
