Engineering Leader (Agentic AI & Healthcare/Medical Imaging) (Agentic AI/Healthcare): Building scalable, secure, and production-ready agentic AI platforms and applications for complex healthcare and clinical use cases with an accent on multi-agent systems, orchestration, healthcare interoperability, and medical imaging workflows. Focus on defining architecture and technology strategy, scaling AI products from concept to production, establishing MLOps/LLMOps practices, and leading high-performing engineering teams.

What you will do
- Define the architecture and technical strategy for agentic AI platforms and applications.
- Design scalable, secure, reliable, observable, and production-ready AI architectures, including agents, multi-agent systems, orchestration, tool integration, memory, reasoning, and workflow automation.
- Lead healthcare and clinical AI platform development, applying knowledge of healthcare workflows, clinical data, interoperability, and regulatory considerations.
- Own the engineering lifecycle from architecture and design through development, deployment, and production-scale operations.
- Establish engineering practices for quality, testing, CI/CD, MLOps, LLMOps, monitoring, and reliability.
- Build, lead, mentor, and grow teams of AI, software, and platform engineers while representing technology capabilities to customers, partners, investors, and senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of technology or engineering experience.
- 2–3+ years of meaningful experience with agentic AI, including hands-on architecture and design.
- Proven expertise in agentic AI architecture, platform design, and implementation.
- Good healthcare domain experience is mandatory.
- Strong engineering leadership, people management, executive communication, and stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to move between strategic architecture and hands-on technical problem solving.
Nice to have
- Experience with medical imaging, clinical imaging, radiology, or healthcare imaging workflows.
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments, including building and scaling AI products from 0 to 1.
- Background as a founder, co-founder, CTO, or engineering leader in AI, healthcare AI, or DeepTech.
