Tech Lead (Salesforce)

Location: Noida or Gurgaon, India; onsite role with general shift timing from 10 AM to 7 PM

What you will do

• Develop hands-on solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Define technical blueprints and detailed application designs covering functional, non-functional, and integration requirements.
• Deliver Salesforce projects from inception through production support using UML diagrams, design documentation, and best practices.
• Design and implement integrations with business systems using SOAP, REST, Informatica, Jitterbit, and MuleSoft.
• Manage testing, performance monitoring, environments, releases, source control, and continuous integration.
• Lead Salesforce developers through mentoring, code reviews, performance tuning, coaching, and technical support.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience; 7+ years overall experience is specified, including at least 2 years in a Salesforce architecture role.
• End-to-end Salesforce CRM implementation and Salesforce.com integration experience.
• Strong development and deployment knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, Lightning Experience, LWC, Lightning Design System, Visualforce, triggers, APIs, workflows, and approval processes.
• Experience with environment and release management, source control, and continuous integration tools such as ANT, GitHub, Jenkins, or Copado.
• Experience gathering requirements, defining scope, managing discoveries, and delivering medium-sized to complex projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, management, negotiation, conflict-resolution, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
