What you will do

• Lead delivery of segment-specific applications that support commercial, manufacturing, digital product, and other business functions.
• Manage budgets for segment projects and application support activities.
• Own solution design and architecture for segment-specific applications.
• Rationalize overlapping applications and balance segment-specific development against enterprise platforms and products.
• Optimize development and delivery models while managing internal resources and external partners.
• Manage software vendors, managed service providers, support-partner relationships, and strategic vendor reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience managing third-party IT providers and 10+ years of experience managing people.
• Previous responsibility for capital products or projects exceeding $2 million per year.
• Technical understanding of cloud applications, solution development, Agile approaches, and IT delivery.
• Ability to work with multiple geographies and communicate with stakeholders at global, regional, and local levels.
• Understanding of life sciences regulations, including quality, security, and data privacy, plus knowledge of commercial enablement and manufacturing execution systems.
