Field Service Technician / Fill Plant (Cryogenic Systems)

Location: Atlanta, GA (South Division), United States; frequent customer-site work, overnight travel, on-call availability, and occasional overtime including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Install and service cryogenic bulk installations at hirify.global facilities and customer sites.
• Repair pressure-reduction equipment, cryogenic pumps, compressors, piping, and related electrical systems.
• Calculate vaporizer sizes, identify equipment, conduct site surveys, and obtain permits.
• Respond to emergencies and perform operational inspections, due diligence, and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain equipment records, manage spare-parts inventory, and follow safety procedures and company protocols.

Requirements

• At least two years of industrial field service experience, preferably with gas-generation systems.
• Hands-on experience with cryogenic equipment, pressure piping, compressors, welding, and brazing.
• Understanding of cryogenic and high-pressure gas hazards, NFPA 99, NFPA 50, OSHA, FDA, and ISO requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read blueprints, technical documents, and regulations.
• Ability to obtain a Certified Braze Certificate within 30 days and complete hirify.global field-service training components.
• Basic knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, Presentations, and Calendar, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or welding.
• Ability to obtain Medical Installation Certification within 120 days of employment.
