Training and Development Specialist Intern - Summer 2027

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global corporate office in Pella, Iowa, USA

What you will do

• Assist with designing, developing, and formatting training curricula and materials for multiple delivery methods.
• Consult with internal stakeholders to assess learning needs and develop aligned training plans.
• Help facilitate internal training programs for team members.
• Evaluate existing training and development programs using assessment and evaluation tools.
• Research and recommend external training materials, courses, and tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective training programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Current enrollment in an associate's or bachelor's degree program in Education, Communications, Human Resources, or Adult Learning.
• Knowledge of adult learning methodology, education, facilitation, evaluation, test construction, and analysis.
• Ability to manage projects, create professional documents, communicate complex topics clearly, and work with people at all organizational levels.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain positive professional relationships.

Nice to have

• Previous internship experience.
• Knowledge of camera and projection equipment.
