What you will do

• Create training modules and materials that support employee learning and development.
• Research leadership development topics and emerging learning trends.
• Review employee feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to training materials.

Requirements

• Full-time, 12-week summer internship for junior-status college students only.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Experience with Articulate.
