IT Solutions Delivery Lead

Location: Chicago, Illinois; hybrid work

Salary: $107,000–$145,000 annually if located in Illinois, plus bonus eligibility and benefits.

What you will do

• Plan, design, communicate, and execute high-impact IT initiatives across unified communications, Microsoft platforms, mobility, infrastructure and hosting, marketing, financial, and other business technologies.
• Lead initiatives from early planning and analysis through solution build, testing, launch, and post-deployment support.
• Define business requirements, provide technical guidance, create implementation plans, and coordinate delivery with project managers and operational teams.
• Identify risks, unknowns, and technical blind spots; manage issue triage, documentation, readiness assessments, training, and communication planning.
• Manage technology pilots and firmwide rollouts while prioritizing user experience, solution quality, business impact, and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with product management, architecture, engineering, technical operations, leadership, and external vendors; oversee Delivery Analysts when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 7 years of experience leading complex, high-impact, cross-functional technology implementations.
• At least 7 years of experience in project management, business analysis leadership, or implementation leadership for enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience delivering large-scale, high-user-impact software, infrastructure, or hybrid solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies, including Smartsheet, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong strategic problem-solving, collaboration, influencing, organization, judgment, confidentiality, and executive presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Consulting, legal industry, or professional services experience.
