Manager, Platform Solutions Delivery (AI/DevOps)

Location: Little Rock, Arkansas, USA. Hybrid work is available for employees within 40 miles of a Vestcom facility; otherwise, the role is remote.

Salary: $103,000–$154,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and mentor Engineering Project Leaders in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Oversee intake and assessment of cloud, platform, and data engineering project requests.
• Develop project plans covering scope, resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients, product management, internal engineering, IT, and other stakeholders to align requirements and delivery plans.
• Improve project management processes through Agile and DevOps practices.
• Evaluate opportunities for AI adoption and increased operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Communications, or a related field, plus 6+ years of related IT project management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile.
• Experience as a people manager with the ability to coach, mentor, lead change, and work with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with project tracking and resource scheduling tools, project management, and change management initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for regular stakeholder updates and issue escalation.
• Ability to prioritize requests in a high-velocity environment with limited resources or information.

Nice to have

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
