Senior Digital Content and Multimedia Strategist (Asset Management)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $95,600–$162,400 USD per year, plus bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

What you will do

• Plan and publish digital content for web behavior, audience journeys, discoverability, and reuse.
• Develop concepts, creative briefs, scripts, interview questions, storyboards, and production plans for video, infographics, webinars, podcasts, presentations, and interactive content.
• Adapt research, presentations, webinars, charts, and expert interviews into audience- and channel-specific experiences.
• Design and govern AI-assisted workflows for summaries, metadata, headlines, scripts, transcription, video clipping, and publishing packages with human review.
• Partner with investment, product, Digital, Design, Marketing Operations, Client Marketing, and Compliance stakeholders.
• Monitor content performance and recommend tests for formats, headlines, calls to action, page structures, and packaging.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in digital content strategy, digital publishing, multimedia production, or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating digital storytelling across multiple formats, including web, video, infographics, presentations, podcasts, webinars, or interactive experiences.
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to explain complex financial, investment, or business concepts clearly without losing substance.
• Working knowledge of content management systems, digital asset management, workflow platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, dependencies, reviews, and deadlines, including work with Compliance.
• Practical experience using AI tools in content workflows, including source validation, human review, governance, and risk controls.

Nice to have

• Experience with lightweight video capture and editing, visual-content tools, webinar repurposing, presentation development, or infographic production.
• Familiarity with search optimization, structured and modular content, AI discoverability, digital accessibility, and content taxonomy.
• Experience creating investment, market, advisor, client, or product content for different audience needs and decision-journey stages.
