Web Content Manager (Contentful)

Location: New York, NY, with in-office work three days a week. Travel is not required.

Salary: $70,930–$106,390 annual base pay, with potential eligibility for additional incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage web content requests and coordinate content creation through Adobe Workfront.
• Create and edit pages in Contentful and update advisor content in Seismic.
• Coordinate content across platforms, including previews, creative assets, image sourcing, and resizing.
• Monitor broken links and expiring content, coordinating corrections, updates, or page retirement.
• Conduct content audits, maintain the content inventory, and support video compliance governance.
• Use analytics and approved AI tools to inform content recommendations and support content strategy presentations.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Contentful CMS, Adobe Workfront, and familiarity with Seismic.
• Working knowledge of HTML, content operations, and project management.
• Strong editorial, communication, organization, time-management, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with Associated Press writing style and a strong eye for brand consistency.
• Ability to work under deadlines, adapt to evolving content platforms, and interpret analytics.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
