Senior Manager, AS ProDirect Growth Consulting Content Creation and Program Management (Fintech)

Location: On-site in Westlake, Texas, or Orlando, Florida

Salary: USD $102,000–$190,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Create and optimize action-oriented ProDirect Growth Consulting programs for member firms.
• Build scalable frameworks, tools, guides, worksheets, exercises, and other high-impact resources.
• Translate market data, client and executive insights, and industry research into compelling stories and actionable programs.
• Research, synthesize data, develop recommendations, and report on program status.
• Collaborate with Growth Consultants and cross-functional partners to address advisor needs and drive firm growth.
• Manage multiple projects, anticipate dependencies, and execute programs in a fast-paced, iterative, matrixed environment.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in content creation and program management.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Very strong content creation, writing, communication, and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical problem-solving, research, data synthesis, and recommendation-development skills.
• Strong project management, detail orientation, execution, and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to understand audience needs, influence partners, and work effectively across multiple levels.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Experience in a marketing agency or similar environment creating thought leadership and client- or advisor-facing assets.
• Financial services, practice management, consulting, RIA, or advisor-channel experience.
• Experience using Copilot and other AI tools.
