TL;DR
Senior Specialist, Digital Content & Experience (AEM): Planning, designing, producing, and delivering digital content and web and mobile experiences for financial services websites with an accent on content governance, UX/UI, digital asset management, and regulatory compliance. Focus on building and launching web pages, implementing experiences in AEM, testing and optimizing content, and coordinating complex cross-functional delivery.

Location: On-site in Minneapolis, MN at least three days per week, currently Monday through Wednesday

Salary: $94,175–$127,413 per year

What you will do

  • Manage digital content, experiences, and cross-functional priorities for financial professional, institutional, and individual investor websites.
  • Lead new product launches and website initiatives by gathering requirements, building pages, reviewing designs, managing schedules, and coordinating timely delivery.
  • Provide direction on web design, wireframes, prototypes, and digital experiences using Figma and Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Manage content publication processes, including authoring, testing, quality assurance, compliance filing, and production readiness.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for AEM, metadata, taxonomy, tagging, content fragments, experience fragments, digital asset management, and content governance.
  • Measure and optimize digital experiences through analytics, testing, reporting, and collaboration with design, development, product, technology, legal, and compliance teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience managing website content, digital experiences, content strategy, UX/UI, or related disciplines.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or comparable content management systems.
  • Experience planning and implementing marketing programs, digital experiences, and website initiatives.
  • Strong visual design skills, UX/UI knowledge, brand standards expertise, and understanding of SEO, AI optimization, web analytics, and digital experience practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile product management methodologies and tools including JIRA and Confluence, plus the ability to measure performance against business goals and KPIs.

Nice to have

  • Experience with metadata, taxonomy, digital asset management, content governance, and content operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working in an asset management organization.
