What you will do

• Own the full content lifecycle from learning design through production, quality review, and LMS delivery.
• Design structured learning paths, courses, and certification programs aligned to learner personas.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success SMEs to ensure technical accuracy.
• Manage multimedia production workflows, including scripting, media production, and publishing.
• Develop Instructor-Led Training (ILT) materials, storyboards, and delivery scripts.
• Leverage AI tools and methodologies to increase content production and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or technical content creation within B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated ability to own content projects end-to-end from concept to delivery.
• Strong foundation in instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy).
• Proficiency in modern content and LMS tooling such as Camtasia, Articulate, or Notion.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, async-first environment.

• Experience in cybersecurity, open-source, or technical SaaS environments.
