Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States; role associated with the Bellevue Skyline Office and Home Office

Annual salary: $156,000–$312,000 in Bellevue, Washington; $130,000–$260,000 in Bentonville, Arkansas. Additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses and, for certain positions, stock may apply.

What you will do

• Define goals, stage gates, critical paths, and deliverables for large-scale, multi-program initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end technical solution design across software, hardware, cloud infrastructure, and security considerations.
• Identify and resolve risks, ambiguities, conflicting priorities, and complex cross-functional dependencies.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization to improve program efficiency and engineering velocity.
• Engage stakeholders, secure commitments, align priorities, and communicate program status.
• Monitor performance, manage budgets, optimize resources, and mentor team members in program management and problem-solving practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, plus 7 years of relevant experience; or 9 years of relevant experience without the degree requirement.
• Experience managing large-scale technical programs with multiple dependencies and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of program management tools, frameworks, methodologies, goals, critical paths, and deliverables.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, communication, conflict resolution, risk management, issue mitigation, and roadmap adjustments.
• Analytical, data-driven decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

Nice to have

• Project management certification.
• Master’s degree in business administration or a related specialization.
• Experience in product design.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
