IT Program Manager

Salary: $49,996.80–$290,004.00 per year

What you will do

• Manage complex IT programs through structured governance, milestone tracking, deliverable management, and risk and dependency control.
• Integrate technical systems and coordinate engineering teams, customer stakeholders, contractors, and external vendors.
• Gather, vet, document, and validate technical requirements for IT programs, training exercises, and educational initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership, briefings, decision support, mentoring, and continuity coverage across assigned programs.
• Use Office 365, Azure, Entra, Intune, and Teams for collaboration, device management, identity governance, and program operations.
• Develop equipment specifications, support vendor quotations and technical proposals, and contribute to procurement and acquisition decisions.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience managing complex IT programs or systems in government or Intelligence Community environments.
• Experience with governance, requirements management, technical system integration, milestone tracking, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft cloud-based tools including Office 365, Azure, Entra, Intune, and Teams.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with customer personnel, contractors, and vendors.

Nice to have

• Active PMP, PgMP, ITIL, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with RMF/ICD 503 accreditation, DISA STIGs, and DoD/Intelligence Community compliance frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise IT modernization, cloud migrations, hybrid infrastructure, Agile or SAFe delivery, and multi-vendor programs.
• Experience with IT financial management, budget tracking, cost estimating, governance boards, and program reviews.
