Project Manager (Concrete Construction)

Location: Lomira, Wisconsin, United States; travel throughout the upper Midwest is required.

What you will do

• Manage large complex projects or multiple medium-sized projects to ensure profitable operations.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate concrete construction activities through direct work and subordinate supervisors.
• Deliver project goals within prescribed schedules and funding parameters.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors.
• Travel throughout the upper Midwest to support project operations.

Requirements

• At least five years of related construction management, engineering, construction, or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of concrete construction project management experience, including highway paving and/or airport construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management and estimating software such as HCSS, and scheduling software such as P6.
• Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and plan sets.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and ability to work independently.
