Principal, Project Management

What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent initiatives from conception through planning, execution, implementation, and closeout.
• Define and manage scope, schedules, resources, governance, project artifacts, and implementation plans across business and technology teams.
• Manage dependencies, critical-path activities, risks, issues, assumptions, resource constraints, and escalations.
• Partner with Product, Finance, Operations, Engineering, business stakeholders, and senior leaders to define objectives, KPIs, financial expectations, and expected benefits.
• Drive cross-functional alignment, accountability, adoption, and timely decision-making for technology and operational transformations.
• Apply EPMO standards and project management methodologies while improving delivery practices, tools, and processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related Project, Program, and/or Product Management experience, including leadership of complex IT or business initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently in dynamic environments with aggressive deadlines, shifting priorities, and ambiguity.
• Strong stakeholder communication, influence, analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of Project and Program Management methodologies and experience with Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of retail principles.
• Bachelor’s degree required; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Jira, Visio, or comparable tools.

Nice to have

• Experience leading projects with significant budgets or large cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Product Management practices.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification.
