What you will do

• Manage concurrent, highly visible cross-functional projects from initiation through planning, execution, implementation, and closeout.
• Translate business objectives into delivery plans, outcomes, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and implementation plans.
• Guide business and technology teams, facilitate decisions, and build accountability without direct authority.
• Track and resolve project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and delivery barriers.
• Provide stakeholder communications covering project status, risks, decisions, dependencies, and required actions.
• Apply EPMO governance, methodologies, tools, and organizational standards while improving delivery effectiveness.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Project, Program, and/or Product Management, including cross-functional business and technology projects.
• Experience independently managing highly visible projects, competing priorities, deadlines, and business outcomes.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, critical-thinking, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, provide guidance without direct authority, and resolve dependencies in ambiguous environments.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery approaches.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Jira, Visio, or comparable tools; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification or experience.
• Retail experience.
