Senior Project Manager, Marketing PMO

What you will do

• Lead high-visibility, cross-functional marketing initiatives from planning through completion.
• Translate business objectives into project scope, plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
• Establish project governance, facilitate working sessions, manage risks and issues, resolve blockers, and escalate material decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Events, Communications, Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Improve PMO methodologies, governance, templates, documentation, and standards.
• Maintain project plans and reporting in Asana and other project management tools while capturing decisions and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience independently leading complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, scope and change management, and project execution skills.
• Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Experience creating structure in ambiguous environments and improving project management processes and governance.
• Experience in marketing, creative, agency, technology, professional services, SaaS, or a similarly complex environment.
• Familiarity with Asana or comparable project management tools.
