Senior Project Manager Product

What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex product projects from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, status reports, and post-launch retrospectives.
• Coordinate product managers, engineers, designers, marketers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
• Allocate resources, monitor progress, and manage risks, dependencies, scope, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and budget progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Improve project management processes and support continuous learning across the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience focused on product development, ideally in technology or consumer-facing products.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving product initiatives from conception to launch.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban product development methodologies.
• Experience with project management software such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• PMP or another relevant project management certification.
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with SaaS or technology products and high-growth startup environments.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools, data-driven decision-making, change management, or product adoption strategies.
