Project Manager (Enterprise Software)

Location: Remote, with up to 15% travel within the U.S. and Canada; East Coast candidates preferred.

Develops flexible software for fund administration, including eligibility, contributions, claims, pension, annuity, transactional processing, calculations, and workflows.

What you will do

• Lead client implementations of proprietary software from project kick-off through go-live and transition to support.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, estimates, documentation, forecasts, and portfolio metrics.
• Manage scope, resources, margins, billable utilization, risks, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead requirements gathering, estimating, proposal creation, process improvement, and integration coordination with engineering.
• Collaborate with professional services, sales, support, engineering, and technical services teams to deliver customer outcomes.
• Coordinate training and knowledge transfer to support the integration of project objectives into client operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading and delivering projects, including planning, execution, budget, schedule, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with enterprise software or technology implementations for external stakeholders is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methods and principles.
• Experience using online professional services automation solutions such as AdaptiveWork/Planview or Smartsheet.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, prioritization, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; PMP certification is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience using generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to improve productivity and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• PMP certification.
