2027 AI & Analytics Intern

Location: Hybrid or onsite across North America, with onsite work designated for five days where applicable; candidates must be willing to relocate anywhere in the United States.

Hourly base pay: $22.50–$30.00.

What you will do

• Collaborate with analytics teams to understand data, business needs, and technical approaches.
• Work with datasets to develop models, visualizations, reports, and actionable business insights.
• Use analytical tools to extract and analyze large datasets for real-world business problems.
• Coordinate with colleagues to deliver project results in a positive work environment.
• Participate in a 12-week summer internship with challenging assignments, leadership training, senior-leader exposure, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in an analytics-related field such as Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, or a similar discipline, with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0.
• Interest in a career in Analytics or AI/Data Science.
• At least one internship or other work experience.
• Coursework or experience using some or all of Python, R, SQL, Dataiku, Tableau or other visualization software, and cloud-based tools such as BigQuery or Redshift.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through campus organizations, sports-team captaincy, resident-advisor experience, or exceptional leadership of work projects.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, adapt to changing business circumstances, seek new skills, and apply learning to career development.
• U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
