Data Analyst (AI)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia; hybrid schedule with in-office work on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. U.S.-based candidates and employees must reside in one of the approved states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, or Wyoming.

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Collect, clean, organize, and transform large datasets from databases, APIs, and spreadsheets for one-off requests and recurring reports.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights supporting business strategy and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key business metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven projects and initiatives.
• Conduct statistical analysis and build data models to predict future trends and performance.
• Present findings, recommendations, and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees; the Master’s degree must be in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Economics, Data Science, Quantitative Finance, or Computational Finance.
• At least 1 year of industry experience as a Data Analyst.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or an equivalent language.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with data manipulation, cleaning, and transformation techniques.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present data insights to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Redshift or Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Salesforce, or tools such as 6sense.
