Business Analyst

Location: New York, United States; hybrid work with four days in-office each week

Base salary: $77,163.00–$113,178.33 annually; 7.5% annual incentive target.

What you will do

• Track and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly KPIs across investor products.
• Build and maintain dashboards covering trials, subscriber growth, page views, engagement, and on-site behavior.
• Consolidate data from Google tools, Redshift, Stripe, and AWS into automated reporting solutions.
• Conduct cohort analysis, customer lifetime value modeling, retention analysis, and trend analysis.
• Develop three-year revenue and subscription forecasts and evaluate pricing, marketing spend, and acquisition impacts.
• Partner with engineering and data teams on centralized data infrastructure, tracking solutions, and reliable reporting.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Looker Studio, Tableau, or QuickSight.
• Experience with AWS services including Athena, Redshift, and QuickSight.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, forecasting, data-cleaning, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work in the New York hybrid office model; sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Programming experience in Python or R for advanced data analysis.
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools such as Google Optimize or Optimizely.
• Knowledge of subscription business models and customer retention metrics.
